A warm welcome to you.
Reaching out for support and finding the right counsellor for you are big steps. Research shows that the relationship you have with your counsellor is fundamental to how successful and positive your counselling experience is. With this in mind I offer a free 30 minute consultation for us to discuss what you feel you need and how we might work together.
Perhaps you are feeling stuck, things feel muddled and chaotic or you’re experiencing a difficult life event, or maybe you’re just not sure.
I offer a space in which to feel heard, listened to, free from judgement, so that you can be the real “you”.
You would be at the heart of our work, as we go at your pace, in exploring the feelings or difficulties you may be experiencing, helping you to feel more empowered in moving forward and make the changes in your life, which you feel are right for you.
I work in person in a comfortable and private space in New Earswick, York, and I can also offer online sessions. I feel it’s important to be flexible and I offer one off sessions, as well as longer term work.
Please have a look around my website and get in touch if you would like to arrange a chat about how we might work together and what you feel you need.
